Oracle relies on Signagelive and Insteo to power Social Media at live events

We are proud of our partners and where they use Signagelive to power their digital signage networks. Over the last few days Insteo have deployed several Signagelive powered social media networks at live events across the world. Jim Nista, CEO of Insteo wrote to us to explain why Signagelive is their platform of choice:

“Over the past two days Insteo has had an amazing schedule with live events around the globe for numerous Fortune 500 clients. One of Insteo’s solutions is running live Social Media Content for with Twitter, Facebook, Photos and more. You like something on Facebook, and it’s on the Digital Sign, LIVE!

We offer our Live Social Media walls either as a custom fully managed service, or with event partners who handle everything for us. The multiple overlapping events over the past few days are not only unique because of the crazy schedule, but because this is the first time we’ve been able to recommend the Digital Signage Software all of these screens should run.

We don’t always get to specify the software our content should run on, and sometimes live events are a challenge only because we’re forced to rewrite our code and Apps to fit a system that isn’t based on modern web standards. This adds, cost, complexity and time – three things that don’t fit a hectic live event schedule.

Obviously we do more than live events, but if there’s a solution that stands up to the insane demands of needing content to ‘work perfectly immediately’ – we know it will work great under everyday situations. Knowing the software will just work means my team can concentrate not on technology, but the content, branding, and audience experience.”
