Signagelive launches support for Ultra-D glasses-free 3D Displays from Stream TV Networks

Leading Signage CMS Platform Now Supports Ultra-D™ Glasses-Free 3D

PHILADELPHIA, PA (Nov. 10, 2016) – Stream TV Networks, Inc.™ is pleased to announce its strategic partnership with Signagelive, global supplier of cloud-based digital signage technology. The companies have teamed up to make Stream TV’s Ultra-D glasses-free 3D displays accessible to an expanded commercial market, and earlier this week Signagelive launched support for the Ultra-D format which is available to all customers who want to add the glasses-free 3D screens to their existing networks.

The announcement and launch follow months of development and integration efforts by Signagelive in collaboration with the engineering team at IAdea, manufacturer of the XMP-7300 4K media player which is now Ultra-D compatible.

“From the first demo we knew that Ultra-D could add tremendous value for our customers,” said Signagelive Founder and CEO, Jason Cremins. “Signagelive is happy to be at the forefront of offering an end-to-end content management system designed to work directly with Stream TV’s glasses-free 3D screens.”

Stream TV continues expanding its global reach, with recent public installations in the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) and at various locations of the Stellar International Cineplex chain of movie theaters in Shanghai and Beijing. Upcoming installations include high profile locations with strategic partners across Europe as well.

“Advertisers and network operators see how Ultra-D engages viewers, increases dwell time, and enhances product recall,” said Stream TV CEO, Mathu Rajan. “It’s a quantum leap forward and we’re very excited to have Signagelive as a partner validating our technology by supporting us directly with a proven CMS solution available in more than 40 countries.”

The companies plan to jointly showcase the glasses-free 3D signage solution at CES next January in Las Vegas and the Integrated Systems Europe expo next February in Amsterdam.
