The offer:

General
The Promoter/Sponsor’s decision is final for all promotional matters.
In the event that any part of this promotion cannot run as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the Promoter/Sponsor’s control, which may corrupt or affect the administration, security and fairness of the offer, the Promoter/Sponsor may modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate affected promotion entries.
If an act, omission, circumstance or event happens, which is beyond the Promoter/Sponsor’s control and which prevents these terms and conditions from being met, the Promoter/Sponsor shall not be liable for any failures to perform, or any delays in performing its obligations.
The Promoter/Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entry submissions by asking for information, such as address and identity details (which must be provided within seven days of the request), and to refuse to offer a subscription, refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify any participant, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these terms and conditions have been breached.
The Promoter/Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss (including and without limitation any indirect, special or consequential loss of profits), expense or damage, which is experienced (whether or not because of an individual’s negligence) in association with this promotion, or by accepting/using the subscription. Where any liability may not be excluded by law (I.e fraud, personal injury and death), the Promoter/Sponsor’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
If any of these clauses should be found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, then the relevant clause shall be removed and deleted, and the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.
6/ This promotion is subject to English law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The Promoter/Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any change will come into effect immediately upon publication of the update.
The Promoter/Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel this promotion in the event that any circumstance should arise outside of its control.

7/ Unless the Promoter expressly has the participant’s consent, the personal data supplied will be used exclusively for the administration of the promotion.
The personal data of participants will be kept, at all times, confidential and in accordance with applicable data laws. Participants can request access to their personal data or ask for any inaccuracies to be corrected by sending an email to marketing@signagelive.com. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree for their data to be used as described here.
The personal data of participants will be kept for the duration of the promotional period and for record-keeping purposes. Any other data acquired, but that is not necessary for these purposes shall be promptly deleted.
Participants’ personal data and information will be handled in accordance with the Global Privacy Policy (link).
The Sponsor’s Privacy Policy contains additional information about how participants’ personal data will be used and stored and their rights regarding the data. All participants have the right to access their personal data, and if it is incorrect, to ask that it is rectified. In certain circumstances, participants may have the right to erasure, objection, restriction and data portability. If participants are dissatisfied with the way their data has been handled and processed, they can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority (www.iso.org.uk).
