In addition to images, motion graphics and video, many of our customers require custom templates that can easily be edited by Signagelive users or require data stored within their internal systems to be turned into data-driven content that will automatically update when scheduled on a Signagelive managed display or player.
Our Creative Services team will work with you to understand your requirements and provide a fixed price service to build the content you require. In addition to creating editable templates in your brand style, we have extensive experience in creating digital signage content from the full range of third-party applications including; spreadsheets and databases through to Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI and business communications applications such as Slack, Yammer and Facebook for Work.
Signagelive Premium Support
As a Signagelive customer, you will receive free online and email support on our Signagelive platform for the lifetime of your licences. For those requiring enhanced support that extends beyond our free offering, we can provide both fixed cost and tailored support plans to meet your exact needs.
Our Premium Support plans extend our support to include; online troubleshooting of Signagelive accredited displays and players, feature release training and monthly review calls.
Signagelive Premium Support – Add-ons
In addition to Premium Support, we will be providing a range of add-ons to assist customers to optimise and manage their Signagelive Network. Premium Add-Ons require a minimum of Signagelive Premium support to be purchased.
These will include; Mass upload of Tags, Custom Encoding, Content Scheduling – per day per month, annual contract charged monthly, Custom Reporting and Custom Support Contracts for single, or series of, events you wish for us to provide dedicated support for.
Hardware Player Accreditation
We have developed support for the digital signage industry’s leading Windows-based hardware manufacturers and their displays and players, however, there are occasions when you require a specific player to be used with Signagelive. We have developed a comprehensive accreditation service where our team will evaluate the proposed player to ensure it performs optimally, We will put your proposed player through an extensive test process to determine whether it is optimal for use with Signagelive.
