Signagelive Training Service Level Agreement
Online training SLA
Minimum of 14 day lead time per booking
Signagelive training sessions may be available before and we will do our best to accommodate when possible, however, Signagelive will require a minimum of 14 days notice to process any training purchased. Purchased training refers to a formal PO from an Accredited Distributor or Reseller partner of Signagelive.
Training to be purchased via Reseller/ Distributor
All Signagelive training must be purchased from our channel of Accredited Distributor or Reseller partners. If you are an End User interested in purchasing Signagelive training but want our assistance in finding out Accredited partners then get in touch with us via email@example.com.
Payment for training sessions must be received in full prior to delivery taking place

Feedback must be provided within 48 hours of training taking place
All Signagelive training sessions will give users the ability at the end to give feedback. Should there be any queries on the training delivery and / or the level of service provided, the Signagelive Feedback Form must have been returned within a 48 hours timeframe highlighting any queries. Signagelive will strive to resolve any issue raised within this timeframe. Feedback form can be accessed here.
Test Calls/ checks should be taken in advance of any web based training
To ensure quality of service is up to our standards, we insist on trial calls being made at least 10 minutes prior to training taking place.
Web training will be recorded and a recording of the session will be provided to all End Users.
All Signagelive web training sessions will be recorded for training and quality purposes. Recordings will be kept for 30 days following training and downloadable within this period.
