The old Exertis digital signage system was unable to support scalable data integrations, making it impossible to securely and effectively share valuable business insights with staff. However, with the help of Signagelive, Exertis was able to overcome this challenge, and empower teams, giving them the data they need to continuously improve customer service. 

Through the platform, live call statistics and Power BI dashboards can now be automatically – and securely displayed across office floors. Staff are able to view KPIs at a glance and track performance in real time. To further motivate sales staff, gamification has also been introduced through live leaderboards, which showcase top salespeople.

According to Joshua Cornelius, Exertis Marketing Executive, the Signagelive-powered leaderboards have significantly increased sales engagement and performance. Sales team members now wait for on-screen updates to see where they are on the leaderboards and “who’s beating” them.
