Signagelive User Interface Update

We are continuing to make updates to Signagelive to improve and optimise your experience and use of our platform.

What are we updating?

New UI features include:

Drag asset into a playlist

We have included the ability to drag an asset into the middle of a playlist – previously users could only add an asset to the end of a playlist, then they had to move the asset to the correct location. You are now able to drag directly to the position where you want the asset to be, which means that the process is simpler and content can be updated easier.

Publish Workflow

We have added simplification to the publish workflow – following user feedback we have modified the functionality of the final step of the publish workflow. You will now have an option to either Review and Publish or Publish without Review. This makes our application simpler to use and content can be published in a more efficient manner.

Create network via API

We have also added the ability to create a network via the Network API. This means our API integration partners can automatically provision customer networks without the need to log in and manually create a network.
When will we be performing the Update?

We will be updating the Signagelive UI on 17th September at 9.00 am BST. This update will take up to a maximum of one hour to complete, during which you may notice some periods of unavailability, although this won’t affect your Players connecting to the Signagelive Cloud or their playback.

Do you require me to do anything?

You do not require to do anything, we can take care of everything.

Does it cost me anything?

Signagelive decided from the outset, that all standard support and software updates to our platform will not be an additional cost to our customers. When you purchase a Signagelive licence, all software updates to our core platform and support including live chat are included for the lifetime of your licence.
