Your new Signagelive features are coming next week

Hi Signagelive User,

A month ago we began telling you about the improvements and new features coming your way and now we’ve some further exciting news for you. On Monday, we are releasing a network update and therefore you’ll have the new features next week.

Here’s a look at what you’ll get…

Changes to the Menu System

Next week you’ll notice a new menu system in your network that will provide an improved experience, making it easier for you to find features, manage your account and seek support from our Experience Team.

New Applications Menu

The top right menu settings are also changing and aside from the Help and Support drop-down menu and improved ability to edit your network, we are also adding an Applications drop-down to your network.

That’s good news for you if you’re a Message Manager user as you will be able to switch between your main account and your Message Manager account without needing to log out and log back in to the different areas of Signagelive.

Easier network access and management

We’re making the accessing and management of networks easier for you with a design change to the ‘My Signagelive’ page. Next week, not only will you be able to access the network, you’ll also be able to easily edit the network details such as contact name, address, branding and any applications associated to that network with ease.

Putting Branding in your hands

We’ve been listening to our co-branding service users and now were making the branding of networks easier. Next week you will be able add your own branding to your individual networks within your Signagelive account. The branding is done on a per network basis, so great news if you look after multiple networks.

Improved Live Chat

We’re also replacing the current chat system within networks to make things easier for you and will be introducing the live chat system we’ve been using our website for several months. This allows for all information to be tracked, so as an Experience Team we’ll have previous chats at our fingertips to help support you.
